S.A.T. San Pablo

The winery is located in the center of the Ribera del Duero region in Spain. The river El Duero constitutes a natural border to the vineyard. In the late 1980es the first grapes were planted and by 1997 the the winery was inaugurated. Shortly after, the first bottles of Cantaburros ecological red wine reached the market. Cantaburros (singing donkeys) wines named after the name of the location, are made from the grape variety Tempranillo. Since 2018 ozone diluted water is the only treatment taken to use in the prevention of plagues, thus avoiding residues and negative impact on nature.
