S.A.T SAN PABLO

S.A.T. San Pablo adventured into viticulture in the late 1980ès. In the heart of the Ribera del Duero region, with the river El Duero constituting a natural border to the vineyard, is where the winery is located. By locals the area itself is called Cantaburros (singing donkeys) and Cantaburros is also the name of the wines. In 1997 the company's winery was built, and since taking responsibility of the complete wine process , the winery has held the status of being ecological. In 2018 SAT San Pablo discovered the benefits of applying O3 which is now the only method used in their production.
